2. Divide your time Properly
Having known / charted your priorities, you can divide your time accordingly.
Once you have done that, the error of wasting your time becomes Minimal.
e.g. Early Morning (6am to 9 am )
- Fitness activities-Jogging, Cardio, tread Mill, Gym, weights, yoga, Surya Namaskar, ……. 60 mins.
- Choosing the clothes for the day, getting your bag ready, Having a bath……30 mins.
- Saying Prayers, Meditation…….15mins
- Having a Good Breakfast leisurely…….30 mins
- A quick look at your Day’s List of Programs – 5 mins
- Reaching the College – 40 mins.
3. Plan your Activities Well
Plan in advance, as to how you are going to utilize your Today !
With the help of knowing your priorities and dividing
your time you should be able to draw up a Good time Plan.
Keep the Plan FLEXIBLE so as to make the changes Mentally as per the need of the situation.
