Lesson 4 – Pharmacology of RECREATION !
Yes ! After all that hectic schedule of learning and studying your Mind needs Charging for a better Performance next. You need Mental & physical activities that will make your MIND feel HAPPY !
All that boredom of routine schedule needs to be cleaned up with joyful activities, anything that will make secrete the ENDORPHINES,SEROTONIN,OXYTOCIN……& of course ANANDAMIDE (present in my name……………………..hahaha……;D) !

B. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES – to burn calories and to pump in adrenaline.

HEALTHY BODY - HEALTHY MIND
C.NATURE ACTIVITIES- to bring you close to Nature
D. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES – mixing with fellow humans
READING – Book is supposed to be your BEST friend.
It is a Friend One which –
u can choose unconditionally,
No emotional expectations involved – Can be with u whenever & wherever ‘U’ want
needs NO further spending on it.
– as per ur mood,
U may choose it to give u Joy or brain exercise or Thinking since books range from Humor to Autobiographies.
Can be done in ANY weather condition, & anywhere.
WRITING – gives u a chance to vent ur pent up Thoughts & Emotions – it allows u to express urself & to discover urself afresh – it is an Excellent mode of Communication & hence – of making New friends.

FOOTBALL (SOCCER) – playing this world popular game may give you, – -a sense of belonging – camaraderie – team spirit -Sense of aggressiveness, dominance, winning – venting out your anger (instead of Kicking someone you kick the ball)
PERFORMING – playing a musical instrument, – singing a song for urself/ group – mono acting in front of the mirror – dancing all by yourself ( & of course In the Rain)

Phew …
I think enuf material 4 u friends……lemme relax now ! Indulge in such activities and keep yourself ALWAYS FEELING GOOD ! Always Remember , “YOU” are the GOD’s Precious Creation on The Earth, there is No one Else like ‘U’ ! God Bless U , my dear !!!
