Guest Blogger Agreement

The following terms and conditions for Guest Bloggers (the “Guest Blogger Agreement”) govern Your use of DentalOrg.com (the “Site”) and any services made available to You by DentalOrg (“DentalOrg,” “We”, “Us” and “Our”) on or through the Site (the “Services”) and any contributions You make to DentalOrg.com (“Contributions”). For purposes of the Guest Blogger Agreement, “You” and “Contributor” means the person using the Site or the Services or providing Contributions which are defined as but not limited to (“writing original content”, “writing or creating exclusive articles” and or “curating or creating non-exclusive digital images for publication on DentalOrg.com blog”). If You are using the Site or Services or Contributing on behalf of Your company (or another entity), then “You” means Your company (or such other entity) and its officers, members, agents, successors and assigns.

Contributor may submit any number of original, exclusive articles and non-exclusive digital images for publication at DentalOrg.com. In order to maintain an active status as a DentalOrg.com guest blogger, we suggest that you submit at least one post per month. DentalOrg.com reserves the right to reject any original article for any reason.

You also agree to the following in conjunction with the standards and requirements set below:

  • You irrevocably transfer and assign all rights to your articles.
  • You will receive a promotional author byline in each article.
  • You cannot post the same article at another website. If we find such instances then we will delete your article from DentalOrg.com and you will lose out on sharing your amazing article with 1.4 million readers.
  • You will not receive compensation for an article now or in the future unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any request by you to use the content from the article must be made to the editorial team in writing.
  • DentalOrg.com is authorized to insert advertisement into content pubilshed by The Author. Advertisement shall take the form of advertisement banners, as defined by Interactive Advertisement shall be clearly marked as such in published pages.
  • You indemnify DentalOrg.com from any potential legal liability/damage that may arise from your published articles.
  • In case of any plagiarism issue that many arise from your article, “you the author” is solely responsible for that. In such a case you will be held accountable & DentalOrg.com is free from any potential legal liability/damage that may arise from your published articles. We will provide the complainer your e-mail id for direct verification with you and in case the plagiarism complaint is found to be true – then the article in question will be immediately deleted without any notice or intimation.
  • You are prohibited from benefiting financially from third party companies or individual people in exchange for writing articles about such companies’ or peoples’ products, services, apps or anything else they may ask you to write about or link to.

Plagiarism Checking & Author Check Points

  • We check all guest submissions via plagiarism checker before publishing them.
  • Plagiarism checker www.plagscan.com checks for similar sentences that might have been copied from any other source.
  • Point to Understand : There might be two very different articles on the same topic. For example consider a Topic – “5 Ways to Succeed in your Profession”. Its a general topic. If you submit an article on this topic then it’s not an issue of plagiarism, until unless your submission is completely/partially similar or copy pasted from any other sources.
  • Please note that words similarity is not a plagiarism issue until unless your articles has used the words in the similar manner that appears to be copied from a source.
  • If you write an article on a similar topic which has been published before, it will not be considered a plagiarism issue until unless – the ideas and the write up used in your article are copy pasted or identical to the source material.
  • The plagiarism checker that we use will scan your submission thoroughly with all the possible sources from where it can find similar content. The checker will grade your article for plagiarism. Our editorial team will go through that report and manually verify if the similar contents are copy pasted materials. As mentioned before similar words, article theme are not plagiarism issue.
  • To be on a safer side – you can scan your own submission by using the plagiarism checker that we also use – www.plagscan.com . Then you can modify your article based on the plagiarism report that you receive by scanning your article at www.plagscan.com
  • In case your submission was found to be Plagiarised or Copy Pasted in totality or beyond acceptable levels then the article/story will be rejected.
  • Once the article is approved by our editorial team , then it will be published soon along with your detail credentials & credits. The published article will have your profile picture (if you decide to send your pic) and details under the heading of the published article.
  • You will be added to our Authors Page only after you submit/publish more than 3 articles at DentalOrg.com.
  • You cannot post the same article at another website. If we find such instances then we will delete your article from DentalOrg.com and you will lose out on sharing your amazing article with 1.4 million readers.

DentalOrg.com Guest Post Standards

Our readership trusts that we’ll maintain a certain standard for the content posted to our blog.

Therefore, we:

  1. Will not accept posts that are having low number of words. Make sure that your article is well explained and well structured. Too less words reduces the quality and it does not qualify the modern day standards of a good article.
  2. Will not accept posts that lack focus, have loose sentence structure or that do not have a clear call to action.
  3. Will not accept article that have a theme or underlying tone including but not limited to – Racial, Religion, Hatred, Swearing etc.
